Whether it’s a corporate event, birthday celebration, or special occasion, we can accommodate your needs in both our indoor and outdoor spaces.

Beautiful Indoor Tasting Room

Our spacious indoor tasting room is available for private events and can comfortably host up to 60 guests. Enjoy bar and table seating, music, and TV, all in a welcoming atmosphere perfect for any gathering. We’re also happy to work with customer-organized caterers and food vendors to ensure your event is fully customized to your needs. From relaxed celebrations to more formal events, our indoor space provides the flexibility you’re looking for.

Outdoor Beer Garden

For a more relaxed, open-air experience, our outdoor beer garden offers a beautiful patio space for up to 30 guests. Surrounded by the charm of Bradley Beach, it’s the perfect setting for those looking to enjoy great beer and company in a laid-back environment. Whether it’s a sunny afternoon or a crisp evening, our beer garden adds an extra special touch to your event.

We also offer gluten-free and non-alcoholic options, so your guests can enjoy their time with a drink that suits their needs. No matter what their preferences are, we’re sure to have the perfect brew to match.

Event Availability

Private parties are available anytime outside of our current operating hours. If you’re planning a special celebration or corporate event, Mondays and Tuesdays are great options for a more intimate gathering. For availability during our operating hours, please reach out to us directly via the form below, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Important Notes:

  • We typically do not permit outside alcohol (including beer and wine) at private events, in accordance with NJ ABC laws and regulations. Hard alcohol and liquor are never allowed.
  • Please check our main page for our current operating hours and feel free to contact us for any additional information regarding your event.

Additional Information

You are welcome to bring in your own food, whether it’s homemade or catered. Please ensure that setup and cleanup are completed within the time frame agreed upon with BBP. If you’re using a catering service, please note that all vendors must have a valid health permit. If you’re looking for caterer recommendations, we’d be happy to provide some options.

Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at your event, but you’ll be responsible for setting up and cleaning up any outside drinks. Please note, we do not provide ice, so if you’re bringing a drink bucket, be sure to bring your own ice.

While outside alcohol is generally not allowed, we do make exceptions for wine in certain situations. If you wish to serve wine at your private event, please contact us directly to discuss. Please remember that outside beer and hard liquor are strictly prohibited on our premises. Food and non-alcoholic beverages must be coordinated and purchased by you.

Decorations are welcome at your event! However, we ask that you please consult with a BBP team member before hanging anything on our walls or fixtures. For safety and preservation reasons, permanent items such as nails or stickers cannot be used. We also request that glitter and confetti be avoided. If you’re planning to use outside vendors for decorations, please check with us first to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our team is happy to discuss your needs and will do our best to accommodate.

Please note that BBP is an active brewery, so there’s a good chance our Brewing Team will be working—whether brewing, kegging, or handling other brewery-related activities—during your event. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to operate while hosting your celebration!

  • Food and decoration breakdown should begin 30 minutes before the end of your event. All food and decorations must be fully removed at least 10 minutes before your event concludes.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the tap list for your event. If you have specific beer or style requests, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Please provide as many details as possible about your event, including any special or unique requests. We are committed to making your experience memorable and will do our best to meet your expectations.

  • While brewery and brewhouse tours are not mandatory during private events, we are happy to arrange a formal tour upon request. Just let us know if you’re interested!

  • The Fire Marshall-approved capacity for our brewery is 75 guests indoors and 36 guests outdoors.

  • Please note that we reserve the right to charge for any damages incurred to BBP during your event.
